Cabins 8 & 9: Open-concept duplex cabins with lockable doors between the units. Tucked in the orchard shaded by a big native pecan tree, about 350 yards from the Frio River.

NEW! Cabins 10 & 11: Loft-style with 2 bedrooms and shared bath downstairs plus an extra living area and bath in the loft. About 350 yards from the Frio River, but the closest cabins to the pool. Available starting 4/1/12!

“The Don” River House: Named after Don “Frio Fergie” Ferguson, we literally grew up here. A big house with plenty of room for your whole group, with ample porch and patio space to admire the Frio River.

  • Price: $400 – $600/nt for up to 15 people
  • Amenities: Big great-room with fireplace &  DirecTV, WiFi, utility room with washer/dryer and extra fridge. TONS of space at 2,500 square feet.
  • Beds & Occupancy: 3 bedrooms plus a bunk room. BR1 – Queen/twin, BR2 – Queen, BR3 – 2 queens & 1 twin, Bunk Room – 4 twins. Max occupancy is 15.
