Cabins & “The Don”
We have 16 cabins plus a home either overlooking the Frio River, or located a short walk away in our peaceful pecan orchard. Most cabins include:
- Covered porch with picnic tables & patio chairs
- Shaded patios with built-in fire rings & smoker bbq pits
- DirecTV & WiFi
- Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, & dishes
RV Sites
Our RV sites offer a chance to kick back under the trees only a few minutes walk from the Frio River. All sites are equipped with:
- 30 or 50 amp electrical hookups, water, and sewer.
- Picnic table and bbq pit
Off-Site Vacation Homes
All three of the Casa Rio homes are located off of Seven Bluff Cabins property, in the Concan area. The Casa Rio Cottage is located on a 35 acre horse ranch with views of the surrounding hills, the Casa Rio House is located about 1 mile down river from Garner State Park and includes private river frontage, and the Casa Rio Hideaway is located just off of River Road, about 300 yards from Kenneth Arthur Crossing (also known as Frio Country or Bee’s Crossing).
